Hi,
I noticed that the DAS system (Direct Access System) has a faulty disk in its array: disk5.
This disk has been automatically removed out of the array and is replaced by the hot-spare disk in the system (disk 11).
So, the system is currently still running ok; but it is highly advised to have the faulty disk replaced asap:
If another disk fails, the system as a whole will fail.
These are the details on the device:
Device Type: EMS NaviSphere Express AX4-5SCI (name: NI_ISCSI)
(RSA CLARiiON)
Serial number: SL7E5095000009
My question: as this system is out of maintenance and support, what is the procedure to follow to obtain a replacement disk?
Thanks in advance for your feedback.

In reviewing your question, I do not see the RSA product to which you are referring. Please let me know so that we can direct your post to the correct team.
You do reference CLARiiON in your post, which is supported by EMC, not RSA. You can contact EMC Customer/Technical Support at (800) 782-4362.

Erica
