Hello, there are some other RSA site users in my organization, unfortunately they have lost their access details. Is it possible that I can somehow manage their accounts in order to grant them access again??
Otherwise, is it possible to remove an specific user's account so that the user can re-create the account in the future using the same email address??
Thanks in advance for your support, if you have any other suggestion on how we can have access to the above mentioned accounts again, please let me know.
Thanks and best regards.

Hi Arturo,
If your colleagues cannot remember their password then they can follow the instructions in the article 000035225 - How do I reset the password for my RSA Link account? to reset their password. If they need to update/reset their security questions and/or On-Demand Authentication (ODA) PIN then they can reference the articles below.
If they continue to experience issues with logging in and accessing their accounts then they can contact RSA Customer Support at https://community.rsa.com/contact and they will be happy to assist.
Thanks,
Jeff
