Dear support team,
a coworker has forgotten her logon information and the processes to recover her information/account have failed, therefore we would like to know if it is possible to delete her account so that she can create a new one using the same company information.

Hi Arturo,
If you have your coworker submit the form at https://community.rsa.com/contact then the RSA Customer Support team can assist her in logging in, so it shouldn't be necessary for her account to be deleted and for her to register again.
Please let me know in this thread or send me a direct message when she submits the form and I will make sure her case gets picked up as soon as possible.
