Question on getting support for an error. I think someone else is opening a case. But while we wait I was curious if there is a place for user forum to submit issues to see if any other user/admin has seen it and how to resolve?

Hi Kelly,
Yes, there is! In fact, every RSA product has its own dedicated community on RSA Link where you can ask questions or start discussions around your product. Each community is made up of RSA employees from various teams (e.g. Customer Support, Engineering, Product Management, etc.), RSA partners and other customers like yourself.

I would also recommend taking a look at the Community Discussions section of the RSA Link Frequently Asked Questions page.
