Unable to register customer serial number

I need to register the serial number of the product on the RSA link portal in order to access downloads etc, however when i attempt to do this i always get a message saying "We were unable to validate the information provided"

I also get single sign on errors when trying to access the 'My Cases' link

I am sorry you are having an issue registering with RSA Link.  Please review 000035310 - User receives an "unable to validate" error when attempting to register for RSA Link as a customer or partner.
