License for PO

Could you help me with the license number to expand on the RSA token ? I did not find on the documents attached.

Hello Eric,

Thank you for posting a question through RSA Link. The documents you posted are for additional tokens. Please access your RSA Authentication Manager’s Security Console to locate your license serial number. Once you locate it, you can reach out to your RSA Account Manager or Reseller to increase the user count on your license.

 In Authentication Manager Security Console:

Setup > Licenses > Status > View Installed Licenses

Click on LID Number and click “View”

Account ID or License Serial Number is an 8-digit number
