Hi Team,

 

I am not able to download any documents even not the Archer platform guide. It is tossing me unauthorized.

Kindly provide me the access.

It looks like you did not select the I am an RSA customer or partner option when registering for an RSA Link account to validate your customer status and, as such, you do not have full customer access to the website.

 

Please follow the steps here to  re-register as a customer or partner on RSA Link which will grant you the appropriate access to the documentation, as well as to product downloads, the Case Management portal, etc.

 

If you experience issues with re-registering, please contact RSA Customer Support using the RSA Link and myRSA (formerly Download Central) Case Creation form.
