Hi Prakash,
It looks like you're unable to access the RSA Archer Customer/Partner Community" data-type="space because you didn't select the "I am an RSA customer or partner" option when registering for your RSA Link account.
You will want to refer to the following article to get access to the restricted community: https://community.rsa.com/docs/DOC-84947
Thanks,
Jeff

Ok. Thanks Got it.
But is this possible to get my old RSA account mapped to the current(new) one. As I worked previously in another organization and also lost my credentials for that. Now i have opened new account and cannot see my old discussions.
Any suggestions?

Hi Prakash,
RSA Link accounts are linked to their maintenance contracts, so it is not possible to do a full account migration. However, there are some limited migration steps that can be taken which are documented in the following article: https://community.rsa.com/docs/DOC-84981
Thanks,
Jeff
