How do I add other individuals to the RSA Archer US Production and Non-Production SaaS notifications?

Hi Rich,

If your colleagues are already designated RSA Archer SaaS Administrators then they will have already been auto-subscribed to these service notifications.  Otherwise, they will need to navigate to the RSA Archer SaaS (US) Production Service Notifications" data-type="space‌ and RSA Archer SaaS (US) Non-Production Service Notifications" data-type="space‌ pages and manually subscribe to (i.e. "follow") them in order to receive email notifications when they are published.

If your colleagues do not yet have RSA Link accounts then you have the ability to expedite the registration process for them by following the instructions in this article:  000034658 - How do I add my colleagues to our account in RSA Link?‌
