Hello, I was hoping someone could assist on the following use case:
We have a 3rd party contractor group (Contractor AD group) that are using their company PC's to connect via VPN. This means the PC password and the VPN (Network) password do not match. They are trying to use instructions to reset password via Access Management. They are able to go through the process to set up challenge questions, but when trying to change the password, they get an error. Please see attached email string for more details including screen shot of the error.
Right now, as the 'Cotractor AD group' employee's password expires they are having to call the help desk to get the password reset. As there are currently tens of these employees, this can be quite cumbersome and we need to get this resolved. Can you please advise ?
