I just get a loading box when trying to go to checkout while "purchasing" one of the free training classes for the RSA Archer product. I submitted a comment to the discussion board (https://community.rsa.com/message/874061) and followed the same steps, but it looks like there a step by the helpdesk that actually resolved the issue for the other use who reported the same issue.
Can you help get me to the training video?

I believe the email address is TrainingRegistration@rsa.com. the other link is missing an "r".
