Good afternoon
When I registered intially I did not have the software key in order to register as a partner. What would be the best way to upgrade my account so to speak? Thank you!
Thank you,
Tracy

Hi Tracy,
If you now have your RSA Archer license key then you can simply head back to https://community.rsa.com/register and re-register with your same email address, except this time you will want to select the "I am an RSA Customer or Partner" option which will give you the opportunity to provide the license key.
Once you submit the form, you will be given the full access that you need. You will not need to reset your password, security questions, or On-Demand Authentication (ODA) PIN.
Thanks,
Jeff
