Hi,

I have found some useful free e-learning courses of RSA Security Analytics in https://education.emc.com/csw.html?id=810641372 but when i tries to access i can only see "loading" in the page and cant proceed further. Kindly help me on this.

Hi Vignesh,

The RSA University team found an issue with your account that was preventing you from accessing the training material.  They have fixed the issue so you should now be able to access it properly.  However, it is recommended that you clear your browser cache before trying again.

I'm having the same problem and have cleared cache, etc. Is there another step, or do I have to call tech support to get a backend fix?

I still get the same errors after clearing cache, rebooting, etc. on each of Windows 10, Firefox 47, and Chrome 51

Unfortunately your situation is a bit more complicated than the others, so I would recommend reaching out to Contact RSA Customer Support​ by sending an email to support@rsa.com and providing them with the screenshot that you posted above, and they will be able to further troubleshoot the issue.
