Hi there, when I try to access the case portal I authenticate successful which takes me back to community page.
When I try to "Open a case" I am told I am unauthorized and "The page you are trying to access is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience."
When I try to "Manage my case" I am told Access is denied and "You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.
Click your browser's Back button to continue."
Please let me know if you can give me access to create/manage cases as I currently have access to the software/licence portal.

I've just tried the "Manage my team" section and get the following error after I login.
Trouble with your account |
You have received this error because you are no longer eligible for access. Our records no longer show an active maintenance agreement or partner status for your company's account.

please contact support@rsa.com for this issue, they have the access to configure your "My Team functionality".
