Unable to download AxM patches and agents

I am trying to download the AxM Server 6.2 SP4 patch files.  When I click on the download link I get the following error message:

The specified request cannot be executed from current Application Pool

I also get the same error when trying to download the latest AxM Agent 5.0 installers.

Please can you help?

Hi Neil,

Generally that error indicates something on the browser side.  Could you please try clearing your cache or navigating to the page within Chrome's Incognito Mode and checking to see if you still get the error?

Thanks Jeff. Using Incognito Mode allowed me to download the patch files.
