Good morning,
I am reaching out as I'm unable to open a case (single sign on issue) and I'm unable to download the RSA Archer 6.4 PSI Platform. I receive an 'unauthorized' notice upon trying to download. Please advise on the next steps to correct this problem. Thank in advance for the help!

You will want to take a look at the knowledge base article entitled 000035717 - A single sign-on error is displayed when accessing the Case Management portal on RSA Link which addresses the issue you're experiencing.
If the article doesn't resolve your issue then you will want to contact RSA Customer Support by submitting the form at https://community.rsa.com/contact and they will assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
