Whenever I go to https://knowledge.rsasecurity.com I am redirected to https://community.rsa.com/. What happened to SecureCare? I am trying to download the latest patch for Identity Governance & Lifecycle.

RSA SecurCare Online has been decommissioned and RSA Link is the new customer support portal where you can find product documentation, downloads, knowledge base articles, and more. (You can read more about this in our FAQ here: https://community.rsa.com/docs/DOC-58573#jive_content_id_What_happened_to_RSA_SecurCare_Online)

To download the latest patch for https://community.rsa.com/community/products/governance-and-lifecycle?sr=search&searchId=360815bb-9ff3-447a-ae29-88ea7bd90cd9&searchIndex=0‌, you can go to the https://community.rsa.com/community/products/governance-and-lifecycle/70/downloads?sr=search&searchId=cb166881-0a14-4962-974f-e5e34a418b01&searchIndex=2‌ page and click on the Additional Downloads button, which is where you can find the patches and other Identity Lifecycle and Governance downloads.
