I am receiving an 'Access Denied' message when trying to open a new support case to cover the following;
1. We are not receiving the emails that contain " URL and temporary password for SecurID Cloud Authentication Service" as organized by the Michael Wolff, RSA Global Program Manager for RSA Ready. (Have checked Junk etc)
2. We cannot find details on how to obtain the "Agent for ADFS" that we require

Thanks for the quick response. I cannot create a new case within Case Portal. I get the following message; "No Accounts Found". I have via email from Michael Wolff, Global Program Manager at RSA Ready the following message "I can use an existing IBM site (#1000222995)". I don't know how to associate with an account.

Thank you very much Victor. Might there be any way to expedite the RSA Customer Support response? Any help to quickly resolve these installation/access issues would be massively appreciated.
