I am retiring on September from our bank where I was the Archer Administrator, I am in the process of working towards my Archer Professional Certification. I know that I Archer log on information will be disable after I leave the bank. How can I schedule my certification and can I still review information in the University?

Hi Wayne,
If you currently have access to your Dell account, you will want to reach out to Dell EMC support for assistance with changing the email address associated to your current Dell education account. They should be able to rename your existing account so that you can continue to use your account and view your learning transcript. Here is the link to open a case - http://emc.force.com/EducationSupport.
You can always review the RSA University pages without needing to login to RSA Link - RSA University; however, you will need to have access to a Dell account in order to register for training.
In regards to continuing your certification, you will want to do the same. The Associate exam is a prerequisite to the Professional exam, so you will need to access the same Pearson VUE account when you are ready to schedule the Professional exam. To change the email address associated to your Pearson VUE account, reach out to Pearson VUE Customer Service here - Customer service :: Test takers :: Pearson VUE.
I hope this information was helpful to you. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to the RSA University team at any time - https://rsa.secure.force.com/contactrsauniversity/.
Thanks,
Dihanna
