Archer Support - Not able to raise support ticket in the RSA Community

Hi,

I am unable to create a support case for RSA Archer Technical Issues. This is my first time here, and I had created an account with a supplied valid RSA Archer serial number.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Can you move the below idea to Archer Ideas? Idea was put in the wrong section and I'm now getting the following error message when I try to create a new one in the right area.
