I am getting the same error as other people have reported. Is my account locked? I get into RSA link fine but can not get into My Cases. I get the Salesforce SSO error.

I checked our records and you are not registered as a partner or customer on RSA Link, which is needed to gain access to My Cases.
Please take a look at the Resolution section of 000035717 - A single sign-on error is displayed when accessing the Case Management portal on RSA Link. It directs you to https://community.rsa.com/docs/DOC-77654

I am needing to add someone to our RSA support portal so that they are able to download new software versions of our RSA SecurID server. It has been a while since I logged in. Is this the correct RSA site for this? Also if this is the right site, then who within my Org does have the access rights to MY Cases so I can ask them?

Members of your organization can register for RSA Link using your entitlement information. That would give them access to the communities, documentation, downloads, etc., but would not automatically add them as members of your team.
If you also want to add them as members of your team so that they can access My Cases, see 000034658 - How do I add my colleagues to our account in RSA Link?).
ETA: If you need to download RSA Authentication Manager, steps on 000034558 - How to download RSA Authentication Manager 8.x full kits and service packs from RSA Link can be found here.
