Hi
I have changed companies from NTTComSecurity to Check Point technologies.
Would it be possible to change my login ID from nigel.todd@nttcomsecurity.com to nigelt@checkpoint.com
Many thanks
Nigel

Hi Nigel,
Because RSA Link accounts are integrated with a user's company and their active maintenance contracts, it is unfortunately not possible to change the login ID for a user when they move companies. Instead, you will need to go to https://enroll.rsasecurity.com (or click on the "REGISTER NOW" button on the RSA Link home page) and register again with the new email address. (Full instructions can be found here.)
That being said, we are currently working on implementing the means to migrate content from one account to another. Once this functionality is in place, we will be able to migrate all discussion posts, documents, etc. from one user to another when someone changes companies.
If you could please let me know in this thread when you have created your new account with the new email, I will open a ticket to migrate your content as soon as the functionality is available.
Thanks,
Jeff
