How do I change my company name and email address / user id?

My company, LGS Innovations, was purchased by CACI International in March of 2109.   My LGS email address will cease to be supported on 12/23/2019.  So I need to update my email address to my new CACI email address before then.  I tried to do this by editing my profile and received notice that I do not have permission to change my email.  I was then going to open a ticket to request the change, but none of the subjects seemed to fit this request.

Please review 000036289 - Can I change the email associated with my RSA Link account if my company changes its name or is acquired?
