Hi Catherine,
You can elevate your account by simply going to the RSA Registration Portal (which you can access by clicking on the REGISTER NOW button on the RSA Link home page near the bottom) and re-registering with your same email address but this time selecting the I am an RSA Customer or Partner option.
After doing so, you will be prompted for your License Key, as shown in the screenshot below.
You will not be required to update your password, security questions, or on-demand authentication.
Full step-by-step instructions for registering can be found here: https://community.rsa.com/docs/DOC-41374
Thanks,
Jeff

Thanks Jeff. I tried the instructions you send but I am getting an error which states:
We were unable to validate the information you provided. Please check your entries again and re-submit. If you continue to receive this error, please contact RSA Customer Support<https://community.rsa.com/docs/DOC-1294> for assistance
Should I go back to my RSA account manager with this issue?

Hi Catherine,
I'm sorry to hear that you're still getting an error. Most likely there is a minor discrepancy with your account that needs to be corrected so that it can recognize the license key. I have opened the RSA support case 00927028 on your behalf and a member of the RSA Customer Support team will be contacting you shortly to assist in resolving the issue.
Thank you,
Jeff
