I am attempting to review the documentation for Archer 6.4. When I click on the link I get a message saying I am unauthorized. How do I resolve this?

Thanks Erica. However, that method does not work. When I try to re-register my email I cannot proceed as it says the email is already registered. It seems the registration page now does a validity check and indicates the email already is registered. The page then disables the ability to accept terms and conditions and continue.

I having the same issue being able to get to Release Notes and other documentation. It gives me the same "unauthorized" message. Can you help me also?

You will want to follow the steps in the article entitled https://community.rsa.com/docs/DOC-84947 which should get you the access you need. If you continue to experience issues after follow those instructions then please let us know and we will investigate accordingly.

Hi, I am having the same issue as Mark, where I have a valid key (and entered it upon registering) but do not have access to Archer documentation. I have tried the re-register process, but cannot proceed since I have already registered. Thank you for the help.
