How do I modify my last name in my RSA Link profile?

My last name is incorrect in my RSA Link profile.  Although I'm registered as Frank Abt the last name in the portal shows me as Frank Apt (the correct spelling is Abt, not Apt).  I'm not allowed to change my name when I try to edit my profile.  Can this be corrected?  Thank you.
