Hello;
I have the exact same problem. Any time I try to use Download Central or open a Case of any kind I get the SAML error.
When I go to https://enroll.rsasecurity.commy email says it is registered, but I still can't login.
Any help in this matter would be very appreciated.

A general not about Link Portal Access
You will first need to register for access (go to https://community.rsa.com and click register). If you are still unable to access what you need then please send an email to support@rsa.com describing your issue. Please provide as much of your customer information (site id , serial number, contract number) as possible.
