Hello, I am trying to register but the site is not recognizing my valid S/N. When I try to open a case, I am getting the following Salesforce SSO error:
We can't log you in. Check for an invalid assertion in the SAML Assertion Validator (available in Single Sign-On Settings) or check the login history for failed logins.

I checked your records and while you are registered for RSA Link, you did not provide entitlement information, such as a site ID, contract number, license key, etc. Until you provide that information you will not be able to access Case Management or certain areas of the site, such as product downloads.
You can re-register for RSA Link by following the instructions in https://community.rsa.com/docs/DOC-66401
