Hi -
I am currently supporting RSA Archer at my company, but my backups will also need access to the private community when they register. Is there a way for them to be automatically added to the community and to receive product updates as necessary once their accounts are created?
I only ask because when I had originally created my account, someone from RSA had to manually add me to a private community.
Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi Lisa,
If your colleagues register for an RSA Link account on the RSA Registration Portal and select the "I am an RSA Customer or Partner" option, providing their Archer License Key, then they will automatically be granted access into the private community upon logging in for the first time and will not have to be manually added.
Alternatively, you also have the ability to add them to your company's account by clicking on My RSA in the main menu and then selecting the My Team tab.
Thanks,
Jeff

Thanks, Jeff!
I think the My RSA option would be very helpful, but unfortunately whenever I try to click on it, it's giving me an SSO error (even though I did not login with SSO?)
Also, where can I find the License for RSA Archer - can I find it within the application itself or is that something provided by some kind of license? Also, if we have a Development and a Production environment, does it matter which License key we use for registration?

Hi Lisa,
I looked at your account in our system and it looks like you actually didn't select the "I am an RSA Customer or Partner" option when registering, which is why you cannot access the My RSA page.
However, you can go back to the RSA Registration Portal and re-register with your same email address and select the option to update your account. You will not need to change your password, Security Questions, or On-Demand Authentication.
Once you have done so, you will gain access to the My RSA page.
Regarding the Archer License Key, you can either obtain it from your RSA Account Manager, or if you have access to Archer Control Panel then you can double-click on your instance name in the left panel and then hit "Update License Key" to view your existing license key.
Thanks,
Jeff
