When I attempt to open certain articles or open a support case I get the following error after being redirected to this site: Single Sign-On Error | RSA Customer Community
"Single Sign-on Error"
We can't log you in. Check for an invalid assertion in the SAML Assertion Validator (available in Single Sign-on Settings) or check the login history for failed logins.
Any guidance/suggestions for correcting this error would be appreciated

Hi John,
It may be that you did not select the "I am an RSA Customer or Partner" option when you registered for an RSA Link account, which would associate your account with one or more maintenance contracts and allow you to have access to the My RSA (aka Case Management) interface.
I would recommend that you go back to the RSA Security Inc. Registration Portal and re-register using your same email address but this time selecting that option and providing a Site ID, Contract Number, Serial Number, or License Key.
If you continue to have issues after doing so, or if you are for any reason unable to re-register, please Contact RSA Customer Support by sending an email to support@rsa.com and our Customer Support staff will be happy to assist you further.
Thanks,
Jeff
