HI Team,
I am not able to login to Case Mangement Portal.
Also i don't see any option to open a case when i click on Support. Also how to create new accounts for my team members.

We're really sorry for the inconvenience that the issue has caused. Thank you @DarrenW for chiming in with the direct link to reach the Case Portal.
We discovered last week that a code regression in the menu caused the Case Portal to only display for users that had a very specific permission role. It was corrected immediately after its discovery and the menu is now configured to always display the Case Portal links even prior to logging in so that it is always quickly accessible.
Please accept our apology and thank you for your patience as we work through the growing pains of the new platform. We really do believe that, once the dust settles, this platform will be much more intuitive and easy to use than its predecessor and it will open many doors for customization and feature enhancements.
