I am unable to access the download RSA Authentication Manager 8.2 for testing within my current environment. I am looking to evaluate the new version in comparison with my current Authentication Manager 8.1.15
I believe that I should have access because I have a current maintenance contract through December 31, 2016

Hi Ron,
I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. This is actually a known issue (see https://community.rsa.com/docs/DOC-58574) that we are actively working to correct at this time. That being said, we were able to manually grant you access to the RSA SecurID Access Downloads" data-type="space page, so you should now be able to access it.
If you continue to experience issues, please Contact RSA Customer Support and they will be happy to investigate the issue further.
