Hello.
I bought 'RSA SecurID SID700' x 10 with licenses at last month.
But I didn't activation all it. because the SecurIDs have XXXXXXX~XXXXXXX.
and License CD have XXXXXXX~XXXXXXX serials.
The reason is serial different in my view.
It's difficult to call 800-995-5095 because here is Korea.
so I request you which serial problem. please check it and reply with solution.

Hi Hojin,
I have edited your post to obfuscate the token serial number information for security reasons.
With regards to resolving this issue you will need to contact your Reseller because the order was a distributor stocking order.
This means that your reseller purchased the tokens through their distributor who must have shipped mismatch tokens and seed record CD to you.
This also means that another customer will likely have the seed record CD for the tokens you have and you have the tokens for their seed record CD which is a security issue.
Your reseller should arrange for you to return the tokens and seed record CD you have and replace them with new tokens.
