I am unable to access case portal or log a case

I was having the error below when I try to access case portal.

Access Denied You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action. Click your browser's Back button to continue.

I encountered this issue before and I had to raise a support ticket via directly sending email to support@rsa.com and then they got it sorted for me.
