RSA Link Contact Registration confirmation - problem

I'm invitied to "RSA Link Contact Registration confirmation" and get an email. But when I click on the link in the email to complete the process, I always get en error saying "An error has occurred while processing your request. Please contact RSA Custom"

You are already registered for LINK portal access so you cannot register again. However, the invitation was necessary in order for you to access the information belonging to the person/site who sent the invitation. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Well, the problem is that RSA Link do not associate me with the new account (i.e, the account that created the request to me).
